香港公司的开业证明通过中国法律服务香港有限公司认证；投资者为个人提供护照（台胞证）原件;

2、One copy of identification card (or passport) of the legal representative person & supervisor
of the junior enterprise. 法定代表人、监事的身份證或护照复印件

3、Two bank financial credit certificate of investors(One original)
银行的资信证明原件1份

4、Two legal representative person’s photos (size 2 inch)
深圳公司法定代表人2寸彩色照片2张

5、lease agreement In Shanghai Office & certificate of house property copy (Three original)
深圳办公室租赁合同原件三份

6、Office Lease Agreement which should be in its original contract
产权证复印件两份复印件加盖房屋业主公章

7、中方投资者需要提供营业执照复印件
* 投资者为成立满一年的公司需要提供公司最后一年末的审计报告,
投资者为个人或者未成立满一年的公司无需提供审计报告。
